MS Project Assign Predecessors By Formula to drop down functionality

I have a lot of Project experience and might be able to help you but I am moving your question from Excel Programming / VBA / Macros. However, your question is not clear, because you have not shown the relationship for the dependency, and what you mean by "drop down functionality." You need to show the Task ID in addition to what you are showing here. Do you want each task to have the task in the next row as a successor?

Also, it is very irregular from a project management standpoint to make a blanket rule that all dependencies have a lag of 2 days. I question whether that is even a good idea.
