How do I format this chart so the bars have no space in between them? Where each bar touches the next bar?
See worksheet tab called chart.
Want it to look like the attached picture - called histogram.
Also, if you happen to know how to format the lines in my chart to look more like those on the histogram picture please advise!

With the bars selected, in the series formatting options, drag the slider to set the gap to 0%.
I am just finding these things out by having a poke around the menus, by the way - I am sure you could do the same. It's worth exploring a bit to see what options are available.
