How to make three axis in one line chart

Hello everyone, i need help pls!

I've made a line chart with three lines and data from three years but at the
bottom, in the axis i can select only one year.
My question is how should i do in order to have three axis and keep same format of the chart?

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

The key thing to note from this is that it is often valuable to have separate tables for the user to look at and for the chart to look at. The table for the chart will be easiest to work with if it includes:

1) A date column in the left column. I understand that you want to chart the data across month and day and ignore year. In that case, I would probably choose a leap year (2020, maybe) for this column, so that you have fewer issues handling 29 Feb.
2) Each Y column will represent a year. A lookup type of function can be used to query the data base in each column from the data for the corresponding year.
3) Once you have a single x column with multiple y columns, you can select this table and insert the desired line chart. Format chart elements as desired.

Details of that process will depend on where the raw data are being stored and the overall design of that database.

In the event that this is the raw data, it will be easy enough to work with this data as is. Since this appears to be intended to be a growing database, I might suggest that some thought be put into good database design. What you have now is not a very good design for a database. In the short term, it makes little difference while the database is small. As the database grows, though, good database design now will make it easier to update and maintain the database and retrieve and summarize data later on.
