Remove duplicate counts in pivot table

Hi! I'm trying to remove duplicate counts in my pivot tables. My PT include filters (1-2 items), columns (1-2 items), rows (2-3 items) and values (counts). For the main row there are bold counts and then in the secondary rows there counts as well. What can I do to hide/not count the secondary level of rows? In other words, I don't want a one there. I want it blank. Please see attached sample data and highlighted secondary rows, I'd like to make blank. Thanks so much!

You request makes no sense. You are showing secondary rows, so you get counts on those rows. If you don't want double counts, then remove subtotals and grand totals:
