Seperating Data from one cell into multiple cells

We use a handheld scanner which scans a QR code into an excel spreadsheet on the scanner.

Once the data is imported into Excel (2003) on the desktop computer it is all contained in one cell. See below for an example of the data:

    Arena-17120-DFS0016306-ENCORE-STD-SEAT 2str ZIP Seat Case-10

What formula is best for breaking this information up so appears in separate cells? I had an attempt using the LEFT, RIGHT formula but struggled doing this something as long as the data we are using.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Highlight the column in question. ON the Ribbon select Data-->text to columns. Select delimited and choose space as the delimiter and "-" as a delimeter in the Other category.

Thanks alansidman! The text to columns was something I had tried and does work but in the future wanted to move the formula onto the handheld device.
