Find/Replace not working?

    Find/Replace not working?

    So really puzzled...

    Trying to use the "find" function, for whatever reason it is not working.

    Please see attached, what the hell am I missing? I even tried =trim() on column A, was thinking there was an extra space or something.

    Clue: One of the value has an extra space before the underscore
