Monthly only gnatt chart

I'm trying to create a monthly only gnatt / bar chart.
However, =IF(AND($F6>=$D7,H$6<=$E7),"") formula does not correctly work with the months

I'm pasting the start and finish dates from another table, so I'M removing the days to only show the month.

How about

You can then get rid of the CF rule

Cheers, I tired that orignallly. However now, Jan is coloured. Dec is not in row 16?
Any ideas :-)

Your column references are off by one and the formula wasn't quite right.
