To copy over name from previous column if badge is issued on loan or permanently issued

Hi I need some help with VBA. I have this badge scan report as attached. When I scan the badge numbers that are in my inventory in tab named "Scan here" the date and time scanned will be input on the current date in the second worksheet. The help that I require is there are some badges that are permanently issued or assigned for Loan. I will key the names manually in as shown in column G eg: P - Name; permanent - name, L - Name; Loan - Name on the second worksheet. If the P and L indicated names get transfered over daily whenever I start the scanning at the start of the day, it will save me alot of copying over. Will greatly appreciate anybody who can help.
