Change only active cell's backgroun colour

hi,
i am using below code to highlight a range of a row of a active cell, i just want to modify.

above code works only range with a10:s299. I want to apply above code to whole sheet,
above code changes color of a entire row from A to T, and i just want to apply active cell,

if my active cell is range a5 then a5's background should be yellow (color index = 6) and if i activate a7 then remove a5 back ground and set it to a7
