Replicate Pivot table layout (Same as pivot table layout in another workbook)

Hi guys.

I`m at my wit's end. I`m still learning about pivot tables.

I managed to create a pivot table (see document attached with 'old' in the end of the tile) and I am trying to replicate the layout in the file attached (with new at the end of the title). However, putting the data in the same pivot table fields as the old document does not return what I want!

I need to replicate the layout!

Can anyone help??

the layout does not look the same though? See my new layout following your instructions... I think it's the Int length (column E) which does not show hh:mm:ss which is particularly bugging me. I tried changing the text to custom > hh:mm:ss too but that did not work

Right-click the field and choose Ungroup.
